  1. Sleep early

A night before, you need to sleep early. You must have enough sleep so you can focus on the activity. Therefore, you have to sleep well so you are energized and you can remember everything that was taught during the briefing.

It also helps that you spend a few minutes watching happy skydiving videos, and not those that failed. Seeing other people succeed will surely inspire you to follow their footsteps. Make sure that you do learn from their experience and use them as a motivation to also finish the challenge.

  1. Do warm up exercises

You have to be physically fit for this challenge. It is not for those with chronic disease. It is also not for those who have physical impairments. The risk is twice for them. If you are deemed healthy for this challenge, you can go ahead and do it. You still need physical preparation though. You have to strengthen your muscles a night before.
